Sales Representative for Business Development

Description – Sales representative will lease and sell modular/portable/temporary buildings to key decisions makers in a variety of market segments.  Prime geographic area is Georgia with supplemental areas in surrounding states.  Some overnight travel is required due to customers’ locations.  Primary goal is to establish relationships with clients to build repeat business.    

Duties/Responsibilities – Main goal is to lease and sale modular building to new and existing customers.  This will be accomplished by:

  • Outbound Calls
  • Researching potential customers
  • CRM
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop & execute specific sales plans per territory
  • Collaborate with team members to find best solution for customers
  • Ability to Network throughout customers’ organizations
  • Prospecting
  • Manage project from contract signing to completion

 

Skills

  • Effective Communication skills with team, vendors, and customers
  • Being able to execute the sales cycle
  • Ability to tailor the features and benefits of the product to the customer
  • Ability to maintain a suitable close/quote ratio and meet/exceed sales goals
  • Proficient in contract negotiation
  • Able to maintain records including customer interaction, sales cycle, quotes, closed, etc.
  • Exhibit proper project and time management abilities
  • Must have excellent customer services, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to pre-qualify prosperous opportunities in a time-effective manner
  • Able to provide creative solutions for customer

 

Experience

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with B2B Sales
  • Knowledge of rental/leasing transactions in sales environment
