A federally funded community health center is built in Central Florida
A much needed health clinic, built using federal funds, opens in Central Florida
After seeing patients in a temporary building for a year, a medical clinic opens its doors to a new permanent, two-story building. The 10,000 SF building is a welcome addition to the community.
The modular building construction process was selected because of critical time constraints that needed to be met. If the clinic wasn't open on schedule, funding was in jeopardy. Modular construction was considered the best construction delivery methodology available.
The Spectrum modular clinic was constructed off-site using high quality materials and expert fabricators. The modules were set in place and the interior and exterior were finished on-site.
From the time the building permit was issued to the customer move in date, it was a total of 84 days. The building features an elevator, lead-lined X-Ray rooms, a laboratory and pharmacy.
Spectrum was selected because of their excellent turn-key experience, impressive references and the ability to provide a high quality building in a very short time frame.
