Challenge

With enrollments surging, a major renovation program became essential for this College. A new campus facility was needed within 12 months to accommodate the diverse academic programs displaced during renovations. The facility must be attractive and respond effectively and efficiently to changing and future demands.

Solution

Design and construct a two-story building with basement using modular design techniques to insure maximum flexibility for future reconfiguration, modifications and expansion plans. Construct with modular processes to meet the demanding 12 month schedule.
