PROJECT PROFILE:

• Additional office space, conference rooms and administration space needed to be added to existing modular building
• Existing modular building was over 20 years old
• Final usable net space is 7200 S.F.
• Second story added
• Front porch added
• HVAC system need to be modified

Challenge:
An existing customer, who had purchased our modular building over 20 years ago was in need of additional space and desired to add a second story. All work needed to be done in isolated sections in order to minimize disruption to on going business.

Solution:
Spectrum staff reviewed existing structural drawings for project feasibility. Spectrum staff worked in evenings and over weekends to demolish, and re-build desired areas in order to keep business disruption to a minimum.
